525 Olive is a mixed-use multi-family residential tower connected to St. Paul’s Cathedral in San Diego, CA. Located in Banker’s Hill on the edge of 1,600 acres of parkland and museums, this 20-story building of 300,000 sf includes 204 rental units, amenity spaces, and corner street-level retail and restaurant space. Drawing inspiration from the coastal experience and luxury travel, Jules Wilson Design Studio created a cohesive design for 525 Olive centered on refined elegance.
