The idea was to incorporate feline lifestyle within the home layout and the overall design relies on the open layout to reduce any feelings of confinement. To create stairs and storage space, the composite mezzanine and the junction of the floor plan are employed with a difference in height. The existing stairs that link the mezzanine have been reconfigured to reduce their size, ultimately making the whole area feel more complete. Underneath the mezzanine lies a multi-functional bedroom space with an open design that can be used for leisure, study, amusement, or to host many guests.
