This penthouse underwent a overhaul after 20 years of neglect. The task became marrying functional indestructibility with clean, elevated design. I was inspired to create dimension, by way of juxtaposing materials such as metal, wood, stone and textiles. Notable features include solid Dekton cabinetry, Italian marble fireplace, and a custom channel-tufted banquette. Two bathrooms were remodeled, and the entryway was reimagined. The result is a timeless and architecturally advanced home that balances function with style, offering a warm and inviting ambiance for residents and guests to enjoy.
