This 600 square meter apartment was designed and remodeled in record time (four and a half months) since it had to be inhabitable at the end of that period. Keeping this in mind, it was necessary to develop a design with a manufacturing and construction process that would allow it to be finished and ready on the date specified. Lean methodology was used, which was key for finishing it on time and for using fewer resources. The apartment's concept is ample, elegant, and formal spaces where the furnishings are a continuation of the space and not an interruption.
