In this project, "Orient" and "Occident" are the core of the design. The Mandarin character “well-shaped”(#) layout of the space originated from the traditional design of oriental dwellings, with the entrance separating the inside from the outside, bringing the core of the family to the center of the space. In the dining area, the dining table is “Infinity as two circles” symbolizing a reunion in the significant time. The design concept starts with "Orient" and "Occident" and continues through the whole space.
