This project involves a mid-rise apartment building with 35 + years of history, with various pre-existing issues that need a comprehensive re-evaluation. We have reconfigured the original layout by swapping the front and rear, opening up passageways to allow in light and facilitate air to flow into the interior. The foyer, living room and kitchen areas have been integrated along the same axis, establishing a coherent spatial order. Utilizing sleek volumes and lines, we've re-imagined fundamental living quarters, employing neutral color tones to articulate a rational design vocabulary.
