This project merges the old with the new, contrasting firmness with fragility through mirrored reflections, unifying the space. A block of flats breaks the old industrial building. Using a strategically placed mirror to reflect trusses and reconnect with the past, we restore the space's true scale. The narrow, dark entry leads to a stripped-back nave, culminating in an open kitchen. Light is manipulated through folded paper lamps, metal filters, and wood in the kitchen, with a thermoclay plinth guiding to tables for dining.
