In 2019, Unity called upon NEUF to expand its office space on a former industrial site. This is the only Quebec address for the software company, which is the world’s leading platform for creating and operating real-time 3D (RT3D) content. Our designers drew inspiration from the local context to inform the organization of the spaces. Circulation is laid out after the manner of Montreal’s alleyways. The steel and concrete structure is left bare, and enhanced by natural light. The redevelopment seeks to encourage social interactions as well as a sense of belonging among the employees.
