During the pandemic, small restaurants had a hard time using other parties to deliver their food because "Working from home" and our new virtual life affected and changed the urban restaurant business system. This building will encourage people to venture out of their homes by providing a fun place to sightsee, dine in, order takeout, and work. It will also provide urban restaurants with new networks, new technology, and new methods of mixed-use places and revitalize the surrounding community. The Design Concept is to have a dynamic, active, colorful, and, most importantly, meaningful space.
