Alcott interiors provide an elegant, refined atmosphere with thoughtful details and finishes. The welcoming lobby features warm, natural wood tones, a delicate glass sculpture by Graham Coldwell above the reception desk, and a vibrant textural painting by Emilio Perez. On Level 2 is a fitness center, children’s playroom, and a co-working lounge that offers window seating, two-person booths, and a communal table wired for connectivity. The Sky Lounge on Level 37 is Alcott’s premier social space, and includes a kitchen, gaming lounge, and a roof deck.
