Terracotta House blends heritage with modernity, restoring a single-storey conservation bungalow while introducing a multi-generational extension. Expansive openings, courtyards, and glazed bridges create a seamless interplay of light, materiality, and space. A pixelated, earth-toned terracota façade softens the new addition, casting shifting patterns that enhance the interior experience. Multiple levels—including a light-filled basement—offer fluid transitions, ensuring independence yet fostering connection. This is a home that evolves with time, embracing both past and future.
