Located in Manhattan's SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District, this project transforms a historic building into an innovative retail experience while preserving its architectural legacy. Originally a firehouse, then home to a Dia Art Foundation space, the renovation spans four floors of retail and office space. Working with the Landmarks Preservation Commission, the project maintains original brick walls and cast-iron columns as key features in an open floor plan with modern displays and interactive product stations – celebrating industrial heritage while injecting Dyson’s tech-forward identity.
