This estate dating back to 1899, located atop an old dune, was renovated for a better flow and functionality. The relocated en-suite creates a cozy living room for evenings by the fire and piano. A central dining space opened up and large scale openings were created to let the light shine all the way into the central corridor. The kitchen was extended with a bar area; now the center for entertaining guests and a favorite spot for the family. The souterrain was transformed into a wellness and gym with a pool and forest views. The uncovered vaulted brick ceilings pivoted the color palette.
