Our unbuilt croissanterie in New York is a poetic expression of layers—both architectural and culinary. Inspired by the delicate folds of a croissant, the design unveils itself in fluid, overlapping planes, capturing the lightness of pastry in structured form. Each spatial layer evokes warmth and texture, from curved wooden ribs to translucent façades that filter the city’s rhythm. A scent of fresh butter lingers in the air, merging architecture and gastronomy into an ephemeral experience—where space, like pastry, is crafted to be savored.
