Uncommons reshapes the mixed-use landscape by integrating multifamily living with vibrant public spaces in Southern Nevada’s desert. Drawing on mid-century modern influences, particularly John Lautner’s work, and the vision of 2001: A Space Odyssey, the design blends historic elements with modern living. Our team played a key role in shaping the master plan, reimagining circulation with a central main street that enhances visibility for retail spaces while connecting residential areas to communal spaces, fostering engagement and flow throughout the development.
