In a society shaped by control and speed, young people struggle to define their future. In Monterrey, we have the tools to guide them, but true greatness comes from collaboration and creativity. This project transforms an iconic modernist building into a dynamic hub for youth, promoting disruptive design, experimentation, and new models of vocational guidance. It will also revitalize downtown, foster innovation in interior design, and redefine multifunctional spaces to inspire future generations.
