In April 2024, SmartFlyer, a luxury travel agency, engaged HUXHUX Design Inc. to transform a historic Chelsea penthouse into their global headquarters. Designed as a “third space,” it blends hospitality, home, and office to foster community and creativity. The penthouse hosts gatherings for partners like Four Seasons and Aman Group, facilitating work and social events. With its residential warmth, flexible workspaces, and curated details, it creates a welcoming environment for SmartFlyer's team and guests, redefining corporate culture and inspiring connection and productivity.
