This 7,000-sf renovation added two adjacent spaces to either end of BCG’s existing Calgary office. Merging existing and new, HOK created a cohesive, elevated workspace for BCG’s high-performing talent and their executive clientele. BCG’s office remained operational during construction, requiring a carefully executed 3-phase schedule. Key goals included enhancing hybrid work settings, providing industry-best amenities, and accommodating rapid growth.
