Inspired by Mid-Century Modern design, the Wolfe Residence turns its back to the street and opens to a private, light-filled backyard. A Main House and Guest House form an L-shaped layout connected by a two-story bridge. Minimal street-facing windows and floor-to-ceiling glazing toward the patio emphasize privacy and connection to nature. Materials, massing, and open staircases define each volume with quiet distinction and balance. A central courtyard with a pool promotes outdoor living, while the interior layout encourages fluid movement, natural light and layered views throughout both homes.
