This project is for a real life refurbishment which is currently underway, I'm refurbishing this property to sell and enlisted a freelance designer to create my designs. I have provided artistic direction on the design, providing a brief, giving feedback and going through numerous iteration for each room until the desired look is achieved. Canhphuoc my designer executed my ideas flawlessly and gave input in various areas. The property is aimed at the higher end market with the aim of breaking the ceiling price of the street.
