Orient Corporation (Orico), one of Japan’s largest consumer credit companies with over 110 million cardholders, renovated its 30-year-old training center to embody contemporary values. The concept draws from Orico’s corporate identity, using the credit card as a unifying visual motif. Guest rooms are themed after Orico’s cards—Gold, Platinum, Black, and lifestyle types—each with a distinct worldview. Partitions replicate the size, radius, and thickness of cards, while signage employs the international Farrington 7B font, immersing trainees in Orico’s identity.
