ROAM is a standalone restaurant shaped by an abstract interpretation of the Australian landscape. Sculptural curved forms and monolithic gestures define the interior, while a restrained natural palette and refined materiality create warmth and depth. The space balances intimacy and flexibility, accommodating both dining and private functions within a cohesive, immersive spatial framework grounded in place and crafted with precision.
