With interior architecture and design from MAWD | March and White Design, our studio's work drew inspiration from the tower’s sculptural curvature and dynamic urban context. Three bespoke palettes—Aqua, Terra, and Stratus—evoke the elements of water, land, and sky, forming the material and tonal foundation of 272 residences. A marble-clad, triple-height lobby sets a tone of timeless sophistication, while sky-level amenities—including a pool, fitness, and wellness club suspended 800 feet above Manhattan—offer residents an unparalleled experience framed by panoramic views from sunrise to sunset.
