The abandonment of architecturally significant buildings in Monterrey has caused the loss of valuable historical heritage. Structures once central to the city have been displaced by real estate pressure, limiting their role in contemporary urban life. This project proposes an adaptable interior design intervention that integrates multifunctional community spaces, aiming to revitalize the surrounding urban, social, and heritage context while reintegrating and preserving the Nave Siller to extend its useful life. The strategy ensures relevance, cultural continuity, and responsible.
