The highlight of the space is a custom-made iron light fixture in the dining-kitchen area. Its folded linear form extends from the kitchen island across the dining table, then rises toward the staircase wall, shifting from horizontal to vertical to create a continuous luminous axis. Relocating the staircase to the atrium side freed the dining area. The basement gym uses mirrored surfaces and atrium light to overcome height constraints, transforming descent into a ceremonial experience. In private areas, four uniquely themed bathrooms and minimalist bedrooms offer subtle variations in mood.
