We opened and integrated. A compartmentalized layout gave way to fluid spaces, where functions unfold with freedom, responding to the context of contemporary living. Design, art, and hospitality reflect the resident’s culture and bring originality to the project. The rounded kitchen island supports social life, while integrated functions ensure practicality. A custom dining table breaks orthogonality and reinforces an organic aesthetic. Sustainability appears in custom millwork made from reclaimed wood, uniting form and meaning.
