Perched on Lake Saint-Joseph, the residence blends with its sloped site. From the street, it appears modest, yet it unfolds into three levels with upper pavilions extending over a stone base, minimizing visual impact. Stepped forms, flat roofs of the intermediate spaces, and recessed volumes optimize views and privacy. Neutral wood, concrete finishes and minimalist interior details offer a chic and warm atmosphere while highlighting the architectural features. Visual openings at corridor ends and corners, together with terraces, pools, and courtyards, connect interior and exterior seamlessly.
