388 Cambridge is a state-of-the-art three story office and retail project designed from the ground up with sustainability in mind. Adean Studios was brought on to create a communal lobby and luxury spa experience for the building’s tenants. Diffused natural light floods the ground floor's corridor through fluted glass and screens while plants and trees bring the natural world indoors. The materiality of texture was applied through wooden and marble elements along with dark antique unlacquered brass, brick and stone resulting in a space where old world luxury blends with new world technology.
