This 300 sqm hybrid space integrates art exhibition, dining and beverage, organic retail, and salon gatherings within a continuous spatial framework. The main challenge was softening exposed concrete without compromising its structural honesty. An interior arcade-like structure was inserted to create layered circulation and transitional thresholds, mediating between openness and intimacy. Through calibrated light, timber interventions, and translucent elements, raw materiality is reframed into a warm social landscape where art and daily life naturally intersect.
