Burro is a new restaurant in Covent Garden by chef‑owner Conor Gadd of Trullo. Designed by Day Studio, the interior is guided by the idea of being “of its time, but made of others.” The space balances warmth, durability and cultural memory, drawing on the spirit of an Irish country house kitchen and a well‑loved Roman trattoria. The result is a contemporary yet timeless restaurant designed to feel as relevant in twenty years as it does today.
