This project aims to address the issues of fragmented layouts and insufficient natural lighting commonly found in Mediterranean-style old houses. The core design philosophy revolves around “wind, light, and views” as mediating elements. Through strategies of spatial deconstruction and recombination, visual axes are opened up, deeply integrating the backyard landscape into the interior spaces.
