This house in São Paulo explores openness and connection with nature on a compact 280m² plot. Positioned along the left edge, the layout frees the right side for a linear garden that guides visitors to the social areas at the back. A raised walkway beside a reflecting pool and vertical garden creates a floating effect, framed by glulam timber porticos. Exposed CLT slabs reveal the construction system throughout. On the third floor, a spa set among the treetops is sheltered by a metal cobogó, emphasizing wood’s structural role, lightness, and natural beauty.
