A study in open-air Caribbean living, this 15,512 SF private island residence dissolves boundaries between architecture, interior, and landscape. A restrained, cool palette and tactile materiality create a quiet backdrop for layered, collected furnishings that balance refinement with ease. Recent interventions introduce a bespoke cocktail bar anchored by a custom mural, along with a private study, master suite, guest cottage, and lagoon pool, each conceived as immersive moments within a cohesive, place-driven narrative.
