The LEGENDA sales office in St. Petersburg is located in the historic building of a former cable factory, where the industrial heritage serves as the foundation for the intimate, almost home-like atmosphere of the lounge, fostering new ways of interacting. ludi_architects' team approached the project as a dialogue with its context: the updated interior does not hide the building’s history but rather emphasizes it, organically integrating the modern program into the existing structure.
