Perched above 50 acres of vineyard with sweeping views, this compact home balances landscape and living. The architecture defers to the landscape, embracing a quiet, rustic elegance that respects the site’s agricultural identity. A restrained material palette defines the interiors. White oak paneling, hand-troweled plaster walls, and custom oak and walnut millwork bring warmth and depth, complemented by the richness of burnished concrete floors. Slab stone and blackened steel add subtle contrast, while clean-lined furnishings echo the architecture—simple, refined, and grounded in craft.
