At Vanke South Station in Guangzhou, we embarked on a community commercial exploration named Under the Eaves:translating those warm, human-centered daily scenes that have nourished us into a future-oriented spatial language,quietly weaving them into the daily life paths of the new generation of young Guangzhou residents. In an era of rapid urban transformation, we intend to present this space as a lifestyle proposal dedicated to the residents —an extension of their homes, a tangible spiritual anchor within the neighborhood, preserving the personal memories of a generation.
