KuóStudio transformed the headquarters of Woonpartners Midden-Holland into a living expression of their mission: affordable living and genuine community. Three floors unite employees and residents in one warm, authentic space. A social café at street level, flexible workspaces above, and natural materials and colours drawn straight from the brand identity throughout. More than a workplace. A place to belong. KuóStudio's 'Vitality by Design' methodology translated the client's core wishes directly into spatial decisions.
