The design approach for the historic 1920s property centered on honoring its architectural legacy while introducing a refine contemporary sensibility that would breathe new life into the landmark. Drawing inspiration from the building's rich original character, we layered modern detailing and timeless materials throughout the interiors to create an experience that feels both elevated and enduring. The project's palette was inspired by the ever-changing hues and vibrancy of the ocean. Every design decision sough to balance preservation with reinvention.
