The designers adopt the metaphor of a “Contemporary Herb Garden” as the overarching concept. The overall spatial atmosphere is grounded in a restrained, predominantly timber-based material palette, complemented by the textured finishes of exposed aggregate, the warmth of woven rattan, and the vitality of integrated greenery. These elements create an environment that feels warm, calm, and suggestive of organic growth. Through a restrained material language, the design balances rational structure with natural texture, allowing the act of reading to return to a state of simplicity and focus.
