A full turnkey apartment interior conceived where architecture and art exist in constant dialogue. Brazilian minimalism and European precision shaped every detail — Patagonia marble, custom millwork, bronze accents, bouclé, nubuck leather, and wallcoverings in leaf textures and tropical motifs that echo the Art Deco spirit of Miami Beach. Pale neutral tones, layered cove lighting, and curated furniture establish a calm backdrop for the client's art collection, while sweeping Biscayne Bay views anchor the home to its tropical setting.
