Located in the historic centre of Cres, this renovated house sits within a town shaped by centuries of Illyrian, Greek, Roman, and Venetian influence. Today the island is valued for its preserved heritage, natural beauty, and calm atmosphere. The clients discovered Cres over two decades of regular visits, eventually purchasing a historic house in 2020 as a second home for extended stays and remote work. Rather than a new development, they sought a place with genuine character.
