This 200 m² family residence was designed as a calm, light-filled environment for everyday life and future growth. The layout creates fluid movement between rooms, while private suites, integrated storage, a garden study, and a child’s room with play, study, and night-navigation scenarios support both independence and connection. Natural wood, brass, large-format stone, and translucent glass soften the minimalist architecture. Complex technical limits became the basis for a refined home where space, light, safety, and care define quiet luxury.
