10 & 120 South Riverside transformed two independent office towers into a connected workplace campus along Chicago's Riverwalk. Through the reimagining of double-height lobbies, hospitality-inspired amenities, and strategically layered circulation, the design establishes a seamless arrival experience that prioritizes community, comfort, and engagement. Refined material selections draw from the buildings' architectural heritage while introducing a contemporary identity, repositioning the property to meet the evolving expectations of today's tenants.
