At Via Santa Margherita 11, a historic Milan building has been transformed into a headquarters for Zurich Italia and Zurich Bank. The existing structure was retained: its classical order offset by an organic interior language, curvilinear ceilings, fluid flooring, a biophilic courtyard, moving through all eleven levels. Flexibility and natural light inform every floor. The ground floor provides accessible client connection; upper floors deliver adaptable, wellbeing-focused workspaces; a top-floor lounge opens to Milan's skyline; the basement is a light-filled conference centre.
