Yicks Villa is a residential project offering the owner a completely renovated space adapted to their needs. The project involves the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a home in an old flat with more than 60 years of history. The furniture is specially designed for the scale and tailor-made for the use of owner’s art and Hi-Fi collection. After demolishing the walls and redesigning the layout of the flat, the dining area becomes the heart of the apartment. This approach allows the living room and dining room to be combined to create a larger space for family gathering during weekend.
