Built over two decades ago, the 329-unit Landon residential site needed a significant renovation to keep up to par with surrounding developments. We took inspiration from the history and materiality of the Meatpacking District, specifically the association with the rail connection to the Southwest, to inform our design and palette. Through complex structural interventions and changes to mechanical infrastructure, we renovated the bulk of apartment units and pursued a significant renovation and expansion of the lobby and amenity spaces, including an entirely new roof lounge and roof terrace.
