Two-time James Beard Award Nominee Chef Erik Niel and his wife Amanda opened a relaxed yet upscale eatery in the heart of Historic St. Elmo, TN. Erik crafted the menu as a nod to his Texas roots, and the space itself is inspired by one of Amanda’s favorite homes in Texas. A U-shaped bar and chef’s bar simplify service and provide a glimpse of the team at work. Spreading ceiling plants, suede fixtures, upholstered booths, and white, green, and copper finishes create a bohemian aesthetic. The patio’s angled roofline provides full views of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga’s sunset.
